Morning and Afternoon Closures
Chelsea Academy School Street will be closed to traffic between Burnaby Street and Tetcott Road on weekdays from 8:05 AM to 8:45 AM and from 3:35 PM to 4:00 PM.
These closures are in place to ensure the safety of students and staff during drop-off and pick-up times. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes during these hours.
Chelsea FC operates a football academy for age groups Under-9 through to Under-21. In 2016, the Academy was awarded Category One status by the English Football Association, recognizing its exceptional facilities and coaching.
The Academy has produced a number of talented players who have gone on to play for Chelsea's first team, including Mason Mount, Reece James, and Callum Hudson-Odoi.
The closure of Chelsea Academy School Street during peak hours will help to create a safer environment for students, staff, and visitors.
