Dojoon hails from the port city of Busan but spent five formative years in New Zealand. This immersion in an English-speaking environment honed his language skills, which contribute to his vocal prowess. Before joining The Rose, Dojoon was the lead vocalist of the band Windfall alongside Hajoon and Jaehyeong.
